Return Policy for Holidays-R-Us

If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise purchased at Holidays-R-Us, please return it to the Customer Service Center with the original sales receipt.

With a Receipt

Returns made with an original sales receipt during the first 90 days from the date of purchase will be given a full refund. Returns made after 90 days from the date of purchase may be returned for a store credit only.

Without a Receipt

Returns made at any time without an original sales receipt require the approval of a store manager; and upon approval, only a store credit voucher will be given.
