THERESA:         Hello, Mr. Brown.  This is Theresa.

MR. BROWN:    Hello, Theresa.  What may I do for you today?

THERESA:         I have a problem in my apartment.  The toilet is stopped up.

MR. BROWN:    That's not good.  We need to do something about that.

THERESA:         Can you please fix it today?

MR. BROWN:     I can take care of it at 2:00 PM today.  Will that work for you?

THERESA:         Two o'clock is fine.  Thank you.

MR. BROWN:    Okay.  I'll see you then.
